About the role
The rota: Every other weekend off, one weekday off, 4pm finish the day before it. No surprises. The role: Once a customer's said yes to a car, you take over - finance acceptances, lender approvals, and a smooth handover. No cold sales, no lead-chasing. You're making the stressful bit feel easy. You'll be: Presenting finance and warranty options clearly, no jargon Liaising with lenders and underwriters to secure approvals Supporting customers through handover Keeping everything FCA, SAF and GDPR compliant The calm, organised point of contact throughout You'll fit if you: Understand vehicle finance and FCA regs (F&I experience a plus, not essential) Can explain complex things simply Are organised and detail-focused Can juggle CRM systems and lender portals Work well in a team and care about getting it right What you get: Full FCA training & compliance support Life Assurance & Critical Illness Cover Birthday off Holiday increases with length of service Workplace pension Referral bonuses About Carsa: 11 retail sites nationwide, growing.
